Workplace discrimination counsel

Kristine provides legal counsel and limited assistance representation to individuals navigating employment matters. You can get help with a focused question or a specific stage of your case.

Evaluate what happened and understand your legal options.
Assess and pursue workplace discrimination claims, including matters before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD).
Review and negotiate severance or separation agreements.

To avoid conflicts of interest with her institutional work, Kristine does not take individual cases against colleges.

Kristine is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and is an investigator, mediator, and education leader. Her work spans higher education, K–12, and employment law, drawing on experience in legal practice, institutional leadership, student affairs, and organizational problem solving.

She founded GoodWin Resolutions to offer thoughtful legal counsel and independent neutral services, grounded in rigorous process and an understanding of the people at its center.
